About Animals at Home (Mid Cheshire) Ltd.

I'm Mike and I am providing the bespoke Animals at Home service from Cuddington, covering the central part of Cheshire and up to the Mersey in the north.

I'm an active person and having finished my engineering career but not being ready to retire for a while yet, I cast around for alternative occupations and discovered Animals at Home. "Wot a good idea" I thought, being someone who has skipped several potential holidays over the years because I don't like to put the cat in the cattery. (He always comes back hoarse and scolds us for days after.) So caring for your animals when you can't became my new profession.

I grew up with dogs though of late I've been kept in line by cats, in particular our demanding Siamese who I spoil rotten I'm afraid. In return he is highly sociable and very cooperative, as can be seen by him putting on his best face for the camera in the picture above.

Like all Animals at Home operators I've had training at a veterinary hospital, been criminal record checked and am fully insured. I also have a well equipped, air conditioned, DEFRA authorised animal ambulance, for both short trips to the vets or longer journeys, such as moving house.
